I found Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix to be very moist and chewy with a definite fudgy taste, which if you are a chocolate lover like me, you will love. Most importantly, you can not even tell that they are gluten free at all, they taste just like any regular brownie. My non gluten-intolerant family members all loved them too and most liked them even better than the regular Betty Crocker brownie mix. For those of you who are weary about a big company like Betty Crocker making gluten free products and the possibility of cross contamination, don't worry, these mixes are made in a dedicated gluten-free facility in Canada. The gluten free brownie mix does contain soy which is a problem for some people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. There is also no MSG and absolutely no artificial ingredients are used.
